Rayonier Inc. (NYSE:RYN) plans to release its fourth quarter 2014
earnings on Thursday, February 12, 2015, before the market opens.
Rayonier will host a conference call and live webcast at 2:00 p.m. EST
the same day to discuss these results. Supplemental materials and access

Rayonier’s past practice has been to release fourth quarter earnings in
late January. Beginning this year, the company’s new practice will be to

February to facilitate closer alignment between the release and the

incorporated into the Form 10-K filed at the end of February.
